Restrict delegate permissions

Is it possible to restrict delegate permissions? For example, to allow
another to view the inbox, but not to see e-mails received which are marked
as 'personal'? I use my work e-mail for some personal use, but would like to
share it with others in my team when I am out of the office. I do use Out of
Office assistant rules, but if there was a restrict option for delegated
readers it would be more useful - and save my colleagues having to read some
of the inane stuff I get! Annie

Of course you have the option to restrict or give access to private items in
Outlook.
But only notes, tasks, contacts and appointments can be marked as private,
NOT received mails...
Anyways you should be present to be able to mark the mails as private... Why
not simply place them in a mailfolder and take away the permissions to this
folder?
You could also create a rule to move all messages from "private senders" to
this folder...

Thanks, yes, this would be a better option.
