Restrict Deletion of mails

We use a group mailbox where access to all the team members is given by
Active Directory Group

WE wnat to restrict the deletion of mails only, they should be allowed to
modify the mails or create subfolders

Please advise how i can do this

Modification implies that the contents of the email is changed after it was
sent or the content deleted, leaving only the information that the email
existed. If you are in an environment that requires archiving the emails no
modification or deletion should be allowed by the normal user.

(Just ask the Whitehouse how not to manage email retention.) <G>
