I have read through the various posts and none have expressed what I am
confused about. We have, for example, an Everyone distribution list
that only a few people have permission to send to. The problem is, that
some people without permission to send to this group will simply expand
the DL in outlook 2003, remove a couple people (executives, etc.) and
send the message. Why would a user who does not have permission to send
to the DL have permission to expand the group? Is there a way to
prevent this in outlook 2003/exchange 2003 sp2? Obviously a "company
policy" would help but looking for a GP or registry entry I can
deploy...
