Restrict Resizing Sub-Form Datasheet View

I have Sub-Forms in Datasheet view on Forms that are in
Form view - but I would like to be able to set the column
widths of the Datasheet and prevent the user from being
able to change them.

If I put the Sub-Form in Form View I can control Record
Selectors, Scroll Bars, field sizes and so forth. But
once the Sub-Form is set to Datasheet view all those
options, though still available, have no effect. I don't
mind the Record Selectors so much, but I would really
like to be able to set the column widths when I design
the form and prevent the user from altering them.

Anyone know a way to do this?
