Restricted Access web using fp2002

Hi,I have printed microsoft knowledge base article 301954.
I used method 2 to convert a folder to a subweb (in folder
list right click the folder and then click convert to
web). When I try to configure Unique permissions for
subweb I go to tools, then servers, but servers is never
highlighted. It is always grayed out. I published the web
site including subwebs and that did not help. I opened
the subweb and that did not help either. Can you walk me
through the steps to get the tools-servers highlighted so
that I can follow the rest of the directions. I am using
windows melenium and fp 2002. I have fp extensions and
asp from the isp. Thanks

You must open the online web on the host server via FP to set the server
permissions. And, they are only available if the host allows it. Many
don't. You may have to contact your host to set the permissions.
