Restricting a user frm changing data in Project Information Dialog

Hi,
I have added some customised fields to Project--> Project Information Dialog
box. I want only the administrator to make any changes to those fields in the
dialog box.Any other user should only be allowed to see the details but
should not be able to make any changes to any of the fields present in the
Project Information Dialog box. Is there any way though which this
funcationlity can be achieved.......

You don't mention whether you are using Project Server so I will assume
you are not. Unfortunately the only way to keep a user from changing
data in Project is to assign a password either to restrict total access
or to give read access only, but then the user can't make any changes to
the "live" file. They can always do a Save As and rename the file though.

I have found the best defense for unauthorized changes is training,
training and more training. It also doesn't hurt to do a periodic audit
just to keep them honest.
