Restricting access to data extracted from a third party applicatio

I need to be able to restrict access to various spreadsheets and web pages
which are generated by a "third party application". I have set up an Access
Database with Passwords & PINS, and I would like to use this to determine who
will have access to seperate individual areas on my webserver (that house
spreadsheets and web pages belonging to specific individuals). I am running
Sharedpoint services on my Webserver. Could someone show me how to do this
within FrontPage 2003 or point me to html coding examples?
