Restricting Folder Access

I have a situation where we want to set up a kiosk where users fill out a
form that is saved on the desktop and click a submit button in the form- this
submit button sends to form to the kiosk's Outlook and is emailed to the HR
department. No problem, we have that part figured out...the problem is, this
kiosk will be used by many people and the form will contain personal
information. Is there a way to restrict access to the SENT folder so that
users can not open and view other people's forms?

I hate to say it, but, I think you might be doing it wrong.

Why even have Outlook involved? Submit the email directly to the server from
an ASPX page. Throwing Outlook into the mix is just another moving part that
could potentially break.
