restricting individual fields

I realise setting restrictions on current fields has to be done by code
("if current user =") but how do you put in more than one user, e.g i was
trying "if current user = "manager" or "Admin" and it doesnt like it. Iv
also used a comma to seperate but it wont have that one either.

Could somebody please let me know how to include more than one user in this
context. Would be Much appreciated.
