restricting menu bar options

I want to limit my menu bar option further than what you can do in the

Startup utility. How do I do that?

The best approach is to simply hide all of the built in bars. You can use
the start-up options to do this. You just need to make a simple menu bar
that will re-place the main one.

Give the following download a try. It is just a quick run. When it runs..you
will see the access interface hidden. You can then take a look at the
start-up options used to do this:
