Help! I've searched and searched MS Help and textbooks. I
have a resource that is only 30% available to my project.
I have defined this max availability in the resource
information screen so my expectation was that MS Project
(2002) would not permit me to assign her more than 30% and
if I assigned her 50% the system would calculate the
actual # of hours to be 50% of 30% but it's giving me 4
hours which is 50% of 100%.
Does MSProject do this or is there a work around?
Is the only solution for me to remember that this person
is only available 30% and when I want to assign her 50% to
indicate 15%?
Many thanks in advance!
