Restricting sent emails to known recipients list

Outlook has a problem. When I send some emails, there are sometimes additional ones sent out I did not make. I have confirmed that they do come from my computer, but I cannot locate any of them in any files on my computer. At least in Outlook I have always confirmed sent items. None of these unknown emails is ever saved or recorded.

I want to know a workaround where I restrict access rights by limiting email recipients found on a list I make. Can this be done in Outlook (Office XP)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted
w/out reading.
