Restriction on the rules

I am trying to set-up multiple rules on an Outlook 2002
running in Exchange 5.5. I have set-up 15 rules which are
quite long but only 11 work before getting the error
message of 'One or more rules could not be
uploaded ....There is insufficient space to store all of
your rules'
I understand that there is a 32kb limit on the rules but
is that an individual rule or collectively?
Does anyone know how to increase this limit?
I am an Exchange administrator so I have the rights to
make changes on the server if that is required

There is a 32 KB limit on the rules. You cannot increase this limit.
