Restriction users of a Db

I am using Access 2000

I created a Db for customer returns. This database is
used by at least 4 different departments. I would like to
restrict the use of certain forms to only one user. I am
assuming that this would require a password to get into
the form. Is there a way to do this?

Try running the user level security wizard on the database. This will allow you to set up user names and passwords, as well as groups to assign certain permissions to for the database. Currently we have nearly 60 people utilizing an access database, with this we use security to keep certain individuals out of certain forms, or from updating information they shouldn't be. Remember to not assign any permssions to the users group, and remove the user "admin" from the admins group.

Aurora is using Access 2000 - running the security wizard is not the way to
go.

There's more to implementing security than 'running the security wizard',
not to mention that it doesn't do the job in 2000.

That said, user level security may be overkill for the requirement. It is
possible to password protect a single form.
