restrictions when trying to open links or http's in email.

Hi, Can open, send and receive messages but if I click on any links within an
email a get an error saying there ase restrictions on pc, contact system
administrator...
I can view attachments just cannot click on links, IE http.........

please help

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).

It is also possible that your firewall has blocked the iexplorer.exe file in
your c:/Program Files/Internet Explorer folder. If it has it automatically
removes it from the list. Check your blocked items list and see if the
iexplorer.exe is listed. If it has - remove it.

Sounds to me like you system has prevented programs from opening internet browser windows.
I would check my UA settings if none of the other suggestions worked.
