Resumé Database Design

Good day,
Would any of you happen to know where I could find a
sample design of a "Resumé" database?

I am in the process of creating a resume database. The
intent is certainly not to capture ALL information within
individual resumes, but rather to capture (enter) specific
criteria/qualifications/education etc from them, search
the database based on various criteria (for example, a
procurement officer with 4 years experience who possesses
a diploma in basket weaving (not that there's anything
wrong with kasket weaving...) and generate appropriate
reports. There will be a hyperlink field linking to the
electronic version of the resumes.

I have started working on this, however, why re-invent the
wheel if something is already out there?
