Resume is "invalid"

I am applying to a company website for employment and my resume "will not
parse" and further when I attempt to upload it, Explorer gives me an error
message to "Please enter a valid resume".

If you are using Word 2007, try saving it as a 97-2003 Word doc and upload
that.
