RESUME TEMPLATE for Office Onenote 2003?

I am trying to create a resume and I do not have Microsoft Word. Although I
do have Microsoft Office Onenote 2003, can I create one in there. If so, how
and where if I need a resume template can I find one for Office Onenote 2003?

Any help would be greatly appreciated ....otherwise I'm going to rip my hair
out!

LOL.
Probably I would download a template (google for it) in RTF, open it
in Wordpas, copy and paste in OneNote.

The result won't be so fashion.
