resume template

After creating a resume with a Project Gallery template, I sent it to my husband's office PC to test view. My email address on the resume said "block address". How do I make my email address display on the resume. Thanks!

Does it read "block address" or does it read "address block"? Exact wording
does make a difference. If the latter it's most likely because your husband
has field codes toggled to display rather than field content. He should be
able to just key Alt+F9 to toggle from codes to content.

If the former, I'm not sure. If sent by email it's possible that the mail
server or some other outside influence is blocking the content for security
reasons. Try sending a zipped attachment instead - which is always a better
way to go in the first place. In fact, if he doesn't have to make any
alterations it would be best to send it as a PDF.

It does read "address block" (sorry about that). When he keys Alt+F9 it does toggle, but to something other than my email address "Placeholder|if|userproperty emailaddress|your email .....". How can I be sure when I send my resume that everything displays as I see it on my screen. We've had the Mac about a month, and I really wanted to use it for my resumes, but I'm getting nervous about what I might send. We still have the old PC upstairs & I might have to go back to that until I'm more competent.

Please let me know exactly which template you used, how you put the email
address in, where it's located (body, Header?), as well as any other details
you can supply.

Did you try sending a zipped version? That may be all you need to do & a PDF
would present no problems at all.
