Hello,
I have a small but important question.
I know, Entourage 2004 and also 2008 work only in cached mode and do refresh only for example: THE PRIORITY FLAG.
Example: I have same mailaccount opened on Outlook and Entourage. I edit the flag in outlook and yes Entourage synchronizes this and updates the view - adds the red flag into it.
But now the body problem:
If I edit the body of the mail, it also changhes on exchange, every outlook and OWA shows also in preview the new body but ENTOURAGE does not. It just does not refresh its view also when using synchronize now.
The only option is to CLEAR the whole cache of Entourage and synchronize from beginning than it takes the changhed and new body.
Do you know any workaround?
Or better: What does make the entourage refresh for example the flag but not the body?
Thank you
Oliver
