retaing links between duplicates

I am running Excel 5.0 on a PowerBook G4 OS X 10.3.2. I have a 2003 tax
folder with 2 workbooks, 2003-Irene & 2003-Mark, each with multiple links
to another workbook in that same folder, 2003-Mike. I want to duplicate the
tax folder, and change the names of the workbooks to 2004-Irene, 2004-
Mark, & 2004-Mike, while re-establishing the links to the new 2004-Mike
workbook in the new duplicate. So far everything I have tried leaves the links
to the 2003-Mike workbook. Can anyone help me to do this? Thanks. Mike
