Retaining page layout from 800x600 to 1024x768

Using FP 2002 I designed pages for my web site.
It appears exactly as designed in 800x600 but when
I view it in 1024x768 it does not.

The graphics, pictures and theme remain in the same
layout but the text added does not. A 6 line paragraph
went to 3 line, captions on pictures centered below
the picture went left - so forth and so on.

Is there a solution for this?

Joe, there are a number of solutions, and certainly tables are the number
one way. I normally make a table at 100% and control the sizes of the cells
within using percentage. This WILL keep your layout the same, but you must
not expect to control the look absolutely, such as number of lines etc.
People might be viewing at larger text or smaller text depending on their
taste. The resolution depends also on taste but screen size too. Leave
your window in restored condition to allow you to test the page at different
sizes. Keep your res. at 1024.
