Retaining results aftering copying and deleting original sheet

I'm copying some figues and their results from one sheet
to another. When I then delete the original sheet with
all the formula's on it I loose the results from the
sheet I've not deleted.

How can I retain my results whilst reducing the size of
the final spreed sheet?

Copy the range as you normally would. When you go to paste
the copied range, instead of doing a normal Paste,
select "Edit/Paste Special" and select the "Values" option.
