retreiving information from my Exhange Server 2000 with Outlook 2003

Office 2003 seems to be working fine, the only problem is that is not recgonizing my Exchange Server 2000, so I cannot retrieve my emails, from our servers... help please?

I had the same problem. I think it´s because Outlook 2003 does´t use virtual private networ
to connect to exchange server 2000 but RPC /exchange server 2003 only/.

Here is the solution

Go to this key in your registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\ClientProtocol
Add these values
Value Name Value Data
ncacn_np Rpcrt4.dll
ncacn_ip_tcp Rpcrt4.dll
ncadg_ip_udp Rpcrt4.dll
ncacn_http Rpcrt4.dll
After this it´ll be able to connect to exchange 2000.
