Retrieval of Autotext entries after installing a new computer

I have had a new computer installed but the Autotext
entries I had created over a number of years previously
are not now available. Is there a way of copying these
from another computer and loading them on to mine, as my
colleague has similar entries on Autotext to mine and I
could use hers as a basis to update mine.
