Retrieve Database Info

I have a combo box that retrieves data from sql table. Is it possible
to have say a text box retrieve infomation based on what was chosen in
the combo? For example, say I have a table with the fields [name],
[desc], and say they had a value of John, Engineer. If I choose John
from the Infopath form could I have it populate Engineer in another
field?
