Retrieve Permanently Deleted folder with sub folders in Outlook 20

I have no updates since getting my software for Office 2003 in 2005 due to
being on dial up and things take too long to download. I accidentally
permanently deleted a folder with subfolders out of outlook. I haven't
backed up for some time so don't suggested restoring from back up. I
followed instructions via online Microsoft help to go to the Regedit. After
browsing My
Computer\HKey_Local_Machine\Software\microsoft\exchange\client\option there
was no edit menu in the Options folder which was part of the next
instruction. I suspect this is because I don't have any updates since 2003
or 2005. My tools menu does not have "retrieve deleted items" as a choice.
I have already checked my deleted items folder and recycle bin. Any
suggestions? This all happened today. So I think there is time to recover
but I need a way to recover. Thanks

Those instructions apply to an Exchange account only and only has any effect
if you make the change before you deleted it.
