Retrieve point address from scatter plot by clicking?

Basically, I'm trying to retrieve several selects peaks and troughs from an
oscillation data set with multiple amplitudes. It would be optimal to click
on the point and transfer the coordinate values to the spreadsheet.

You need to trap chart events, then determine where the click occurred
and which point was under it. I discuss chart events in this article:

Hi Jon,
Over the past month, I have gone through your code, and have tried modifying
it to suit my needs. However, because I am a VBA nepohyte, I am unable to get
the code to work when I transfer to my own sheet. Would it be possible to
