Retrieve sent/deleted items after upgrade to 2003

How do I retrieve and reinstall the info from my sent
items and deleted items from my Outlook 2000 to our new
Outlook 2003?

I may have missed a prompt on the new install/upgrade to
Outlook 2003.

Is it even possible to retrieve and reinstall these items?

If you still have access to the .pst file that was created by Outlook 2000,
use File->Open->Outlook Data File and open that .pst. Then you can drag and
drop your items from the old .pst file to the new one. When you are
finished, right ciick on the root of the saved 2000 .pst and select close.
