Retrieving a deleted document

Can anyone help me to retrieve a document that was
accidently deleted one week ago.
The computer currently runs Windows 95 with Office 97

If the document is NOT in the Recycle Bin and you DON'T have a backup
copy on another diskette, it is likely gone for good, after a weeks use
of the computer.
