Retrieving a Formatting Palette WIndow

I am using Word X for Mac on an ibook. When the "Formatting Palette" is
launched the "Formatting Palette Window" drops down below the bottom of
screen and cannot be accessed. How to get it back?

questions about how to manipulate formatting, etc in Word internally), it's

Thank you. The VB script worked like a charm. The Apple script had a syntax
error that I couldn't fix. Txs again.
