retrieving an email list from a database??

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is a way to retrieve an email list from MySQL and
use this in outlook to send emails with it.

Something along the lines where I click a button and a list from the
database will pop up in the Bcc: field.

I'm new to outlook and not sure where to start.

You need to install a component that allows you to use ODBC to connect to
