Retrieving contacts

A

Angus Young

We had a user who used a POP3 setup in Outlook XP for her
mail at her old company. We moved her PC to our domain
and it created a new profile for her. What she needs are
her contacts from her old profile. We cannot logon using
her old profile since that domain does not exist - we
just merged with another company. Any suggestions would
be appreciated.
Thanks

All her old data would be in a .pst file on the machine, in a subfolder of the user home directory for her previous Windows profile. If you log into the machine as an administrator, you should be able to find it and move it to another location on her local drive.
