retrieving data from a list

i need to be able to retrive data from a list and locate
it inot a defined output range according to a defined
criteria. Exactly like the DGED function except that it
can return moree than one variable.

eg.

I woul like to be able to produce a list of all the names
in an excel list that match the monthe criteria of one.
List
Name Address Month Output
Fred 123 red st 1 Name Month=1
Mary 234 yel st 2 Fred
Del 231 Pink St 1 Del
