Retrieving deleted calendar and addresses

I recently had to reinstall windows without warning, wareas i lost all my
contacts and calender items. Is there a way i can retrieve these items... I
was unable to backup my items due to the nature of the system failer which
gave me no options but to reinstall.

If you formatted the drive it is pretty much out of luck. If you didn't
you might find your old .PST file. Try searching the hard drive for it.
You will want to show hidden files and folders in Folder Options, View.
And also change Search to Advanced and elect to look in system and
hidden files and folders.
