Retrieving e-mail files (Outlook Express)

I wanted to move my Outlook Express e-mails from 1 PC to
another, but when I imported them into the new PC, I lost
all my existing e-mails and folders on the new PC.
The .dbx files/folders still exist on the new PC, but I
can't merge them with the old ones into the new PC's
Outlook Express. Isn't there any way to merge them
together or import these .dbx files back into Outlook
Express? Does anyone know how to? Thanks greatly,

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
