Retrieving Free/Busy from the server

I have a user that is getting the message "updating scheduling information,
retriving free/busy from the server" from Outlook 2003 when he clicks on the
scheduling tab to look at whether or not the employee he is scheduling is
free or busy. We have tried waiting and the outlook calendar never pulls up
the information.

I thought it might be a permission issue so I had him try via Outlook Web
Access (Exchange 2003 Enterprise) and he does not get the same error.

This is occurring with everyone in our global address list. Anyone have any
idea what we should try next?
