retrival of mails 6 months old stored in personal folder

I had created a folder in personal folder. By mistake i shift+del it. It
contained mails as old as Dec 2005. I would like to know how do i retrieve
all the mails and not just a few.

Are you on an Exchange Server where the admin does not delete them right
away then possibly.

Otherwise, restore your .pst file from your backup. You do have a backup,
right?
