Retrive the content(Like 'To,CC, BCC, attachment') of the outlook

Hi All,

I want to retrive the contents(Like 'To,CC, BCC, attachment' if any etc) of
the selected/highlighted mail item in the message list of the outlook 2007 or
the contents((Like To,CC, BCC, attachment if any etc)) of an opened mail in
the outlook 2007 using c#.net(visual studio 2005).

Please provide me the relevent information as am new to this.

sample code for the same will be highly appreciated.

I am not interested in looping through the inbox folder rather i want to
retrive the content of a particular mail item that has been selected in the
message list of outlook or a particular mail that is being opened by the user.
