Retrives an earlier saved version of a doc

I was using a editing a document and inadvertently hit
save. I need the document that I started with, without the
new changes how do I retrive the original doc?

If you have "Always create backup copy" checked on the Save tab of Tools |
Options, then display All Files in the File Open dialog and look for "Backup
of <filename>.wbk," which will be the previous version. If you don't have
the backup option enabled, now you know why it would have been a good idea.
