If you have "Automatically create backup copy" enabled on the Save tab of
Tools | Options, then display All Files and look for a "Backup of
<filename>.wbk" file, which will be the previous version of that document
(unfortunately, this will be one version back since you saved a new document
under an old name; if you'd resaved the document itself when intending to
Save As, you'd have the current version of the old document). If you don't
have this option enabled, then now you see why it would have been a good
idea.
