Retry jobb in Queue system in PWA

[Mocha]

Hi..
My name is Yogi,
I've got problem after approving task in PWA.
No update have happened in my Ms Project profesional 2007 after the Manager
approving the task.
In manage queue, there is a record with state skipped for optimization and
the % complete is 20%.
I have wait for 4 hours and there is nohing changes.
I have set the multihread interval in queue setting with 10. But nothing
happened.
Could you help me to solve this situation.

I've already read that link , and i haven't found the answer of my problem.
Have anybody had any experience about this problem?And solution offcourse

We just noticed the same problem and no solution as of now. We have three
tasks on the server with the same error. The server admin attempted to
resubmit to no success. Anyone else?

Have you restarted the queue services on the PS Front end server? Also, try
to reboot the server if that doesn't work.

The admin has restarted the queue services but not sure if he rebooted....
