Retry/Work Offilne???

need some help, one of our machines takes about 10 minutes to get into
outlook (OL2K, exch5.5) and gives the screen for Retry or Work Offline. You
have to hit the retry to get it to logon. There arent any errors, it just
takes forever. I can ping the exchange consistantly and quickly so i'm kinda
lost. any ideas?
