return address labeels

I am using xp pro, word 2003.
When I try to print return address labels, it only prints 4 labels per page,
I do have "print full page of same label " checked.
What am I doing wrong and how so I correct this problem? TIA

Are you using the correct label layout from the label wizard?

Yes,
Its prints correctly on the first 4 labels of the first column!!!!!!

Most odd! I cannot add further to what I wrote before, other than to check
the printer driver is up to date. Word is *very* fussy about printer
drivers.
