Return Address

I have a home based business. How can I set up MS word so that I can choose
whether my return address in mailings/envelopes can be either my personal
return address or my business return address, without changing the default
return address each time?

Thank you for the help. It looks a little beyond my computing ability but I
will give it a try when I have time. I had been trying to generate 2 return
addresses by using the window in mailings/envelopes and using the book icon
shown there which opens the contacts folder in MS outlook. I had previously
entered the required return address variations there. Each time I tried it
MS word would crash. I don't understand why the book icon is there if not to
allow return address variations. How is the book icon supposed to be used?

The method shown on the web page is a lot less complicated than it looks.
The alternative which I prefer is to create envelope document templates.
There are some samples at #10 size which you can download from my web site.
You can add whatever return addresses you wish and save them with
appropriate names. Then create envelopes from them. They are automated to
use Outlook address data or simply type in the address.

The Address Book is for delivery addresses, not return addresses. But, as
Graham says, you'd be better off with dedicated label templates. That's what
I use for myself and my clients.

How can you possibly say that when there are two "book" icons in
mailings/envelopes, clearly one for the delivery address and one for the
return address?
I think that Microsoft's user interfaces, in general, are poorly designed
and the help files not so helpful. As an example I suggest that you compare
Karen's backup utility with the Vista backup utility in the business
edition. In my opinion Karen is light years in front of Microsoft.
Incidentally I have tried Graham's envelope templates they work well and I
am very grateful to him.

Indeed there are two Address Book icons. I hadn't noticed that because (a) I
never use the Envelopes dialog and (b) I can't use either one, anyway,
because I don't use Exchange or Outlook as my default mail client.
