Return Receipt; how to request one?

Hi,

I use Entourage 2001 version 9.0.2 (4011) with OS 9.2.2; and could not find
a way to make a request for return receipt from the email recipient (so that
I know the mail has been read). I suspect it could be as easy as inserting a
header in the message, but don't know what the header should be like. Will
appreciate any advice on this.
