I get error messages with whatever I try to do in Outlook. None of the
suggestions that have been given to me in this group have worked, so I
was wondering if it would be best for me to delete my two accounts in
OL and then again convert from OE to OL. (I converted from OE to OL a
few days ago.) If I delete the accounts would I lose all the e-mails in
the folders in OL? That would be okay, because except for the inbox and
sent folder in OL, all the stored e-mails are the same in both
programs. Since there are a lot of e-mails with the wrong date and
duplicate e-mails in OL, I would prefer to start over, except I would
hope to be able to keep the e-mails in the inbox, sent box, and a
couple of others.
Do you think that this would work? Is there anything else I would have
to do other than delete the two accounts (ATT and Verizon)? How could I
keep the few e-mails in OL that I need?
