Return to Office 2002 after Beta 2003?

I have MS Office Beta 2003 and would like to try it out.
It expires at the end of Nov.
Will I be able to easily reinstall and return to Office 2002 if I
choose not to continue with 2003?
(Also, will the install of 2003 eliminate the bug with the
"pstprx.dll" that results from upgrading from 2000?)
Any advice, input, experiences will be greatly appreciated.

of course, yes.

My experience with returning to Office XP after having installed Office 2003
beta was this: I eventually had to do a clean install of my OS and Office
XP. It seems that the Beta does not uninstall cleanly.

Perhaps this has been fixed with the Technical Refresh. I hope so. By the
way, once you install the Beta, make sure you install the Technical
Refreshes. This will extend the expiration date to January, 2004.

My advice would be to create a separate partition and install the Beta
there. It will not mix with your production machine (never install a beta
on a production machine unless you have a recent Ghost image and can roll
back after the beta).

As for fixing the pstprx.dll problem, I don't have any experience with that
error (always do a clean install personally, never upgrade) but I do know
that you may get a new error with mapir.dll.
