Returnable printouts

Hi

My app generates printouts from access reports. Is there a way to email
these so recipients can fill-in these on pc and send them back? The only
snag is that I need to keep the branding headers and footers which disappear
when report output is converted to RTF. I tried sending as PDF but then
recipients can not write into the PDF file. Any ideas?

A few weeks ago I made a test of a report to PDF which I exported to Adobe
9pro. - Just messing about with vista to see what could be done. This can
be filled in (on-line) with the information going to an on-line access
database.

If you have 9pro you can do this as an e mail attachment and it can be
filled in - but not sure how you would get the information back again as an e
mail.

Best bet would be to look on the adobe web site and go to the forum there.
I'm sure someone will have worked it out
