Returned emails, attachments won't send, CTRL+K not working

I send an email and it gets returned: "None of your e-mail accounts could
send to this recipient."
I send an email but the attachement I know I attached doesn't get to the
recipient
I noticed that for some reason I had duplicate email addresses in
posititions 1 & 3

I solved both of these issues by:
1. cutting all email addresses and pasting to IM or Web address
2. closing the contact window
3. closing outlook
4. cutting the email address from web or IM and back into the appropiate
email field (1,2, or 3).

Now I can email fine but many of my contacts won't save auto-fill in the new
email To: section even though I repeatedly press CTRL+K.

Any help in cleaning up my database so I don't have to do this one at a time
would be greatly appreciated.
